Project Details
Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin’s new $250 million dollar, 12-story medical building, constructed to house outpatient medical services to support efficient care coordination for specialized medical services including cardiac, transplant, surgical and interventional care. MC Group supported Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin in this original 5-story building project, along with two subsequent vertical expansions to provide for an increase of their inpatient care services. The facility also provides 3 stories of underground parking for improved patient access to these services.

Parking Structure 6 (Under Construction)
Project Details
Froedtert Health’s newest parking structure with 3,362 parking spaces, constructed with cast-in-place concrete. Designed to support staff parking, the new structure uses innovative technology to improve safety, security, and high-volume access at peak volumes during shift changes. MC Group worked with project partners to develop a four phase sequencing and occupancy plan to accelerate turnover of completed parking areas as quickly as possible, and to alleviate strained parking capacity on an active and growing campus. This newest parking structure will provide improved patient access to medical facilities.

In addition to this parking structure, MC Group has supported Froedtert in constructing multiple underground structures at the Cancer Pavilion, Center for Advanced Care, as well as a new $27 million dollar, 3-story precast parking structure with subsequent 2-story vertical expansion.
